ANDREA LARUSSO
I N T E R I O R D E S I G N E R
Discovery that God designed each and every one of us with a specific purpose or intent came for Andrea at a very young age. Being no more than five she instinctively knew that she would prefer yellow over blue for her room, recognizing the importance of colors in her life. As a little girl she would be sketching pictures of horses and people in her spare time, always drawing or creating. That was the beginning, and from high school to college she also developed a love of gardening and plants, and became fascinated with all the details our Maker had in His hand.
Andrea started her own corporation in 2003 and has worked independently ever since. Her main focus now is on space planning, colors and textures in a room. She feels a person’s home should reflect that person’s unique God given talents and passions and that they should feel a sense of serenity and calm when they walk in the front door. Good design is creative, it is unique and specific to the person that hires a designer. When she finishes her job and walks away the client feels less stressed and a sense of balance returns to the home environment.
Andrea often does floral design, which is a hobby of hers, and from time to time still designs perennial gardens. She was educated in landscape architecture branched into interiors that became her main field of work. But she still does some landscape consultation as well.
After many years’ experience in interior design she does general contracting and remodeling with focus on custom cabinetry and custom trim.
The specialty woodworking is a facet of the many things she can do.
All custom woodworking is executed by Tony Lamantia Jr. with over 37 years of carpentry and remodeling experience under his belt.
